Buki ran a career focussed workshop designed to help ethnic minority colleagues advance their careers. The session was extremely interactive and engaging, with Buki capturing the delegates attention through use of specific questions for individuals to focus on, coaching insights, future focussing tasks and group exercises. During the workshop Buki shared the mechanics required for career advancement, leaving delegates with a framework to help navigate challenging situations so, they can always continue to elevate their career irrespective of the obstacles they may face.
