A practical coaching-style workshop designed for leaders who manage diverse teams - with a specific focus on building the skills, awareness, and cultural intelligence needed to maximise the contribution and progression of African diaspora professionals in Western workplaces.

We address the real barriers and missed opportunities that can exist in talent management, team dynamics, and leadership culture - providing leaders with tools to create an environment where African diaspora talent can thrive, advance, and deliver exceptional business results.

For Black professionals, leadership that understands and actively removes structural and cultural barriers is often the difference between untapped potential and measurable impact.

Recognise and address bias - both conscious and unconscious - that can affect talent development decisions
